For one reason or another, I don't read as much as I used to. Often times I would see an interesting book in a book store and can't resist getting it in hopes that one day I will get to read it. In time, I have collected more books that I haven't read than I have. Nowadays, I hardly go to bookstores anymore in fear that I would end up taking a couple of books home with me and on the shelf it'll sit mocking my tepid attempt at trying to attack it.
But once in awhile I find time (reads, tear myself away from the time/life sucking machine that's called a computer) and pick up a book and really get into it. There's one just recently that I managed to sink my teeth in. A book that has received numerous awards and critical acclaim, Three Cups of Tea. Once I started I find hard to put down. It makes my heart sings, my blood roars and choking back tears, and I've only finished reading the Forward.
