still planning on leaving here in early june, that means this will be our last month here in hawaii. there's still so much needs to get done. the task is overwhelming and daunting. at times i feel the anxiety just completely takes over my body and i feel totally paralyzed. sometimes i just want to curl up into my bed and never get up again. sometimes i just want to run away and join a circus. but quickly i realize that i possess none of those circus skills necessary so they won't even take me anyway.
we've been looking for a painter/company to come paint the outside of our rental unit. but the market is such that everybody has so much work that nobody seems to be interested in doing this little tedious job of ours. if we can't make it happen before we leave, we'll just have to put in our "order" and wait for it to happen at a later date.
also been trying to sort through old junk and get ready for a garage sale. boy! do i have clothes and shoes galore or what!!! in addition to household items, we have tons of musical related items, plus computer stuff. this is just scratching the surface. we just have so so much JUNK!! we have set the date to this sunday, the 8th. but being that it's mother's day, i'm not sure how well the turn out will be. but we shall see. if needed, we can always try to do another one.
back to work!
