Better?

Thanks y'all for your kind words and support, didn't mean to cause any alarm, I was only feeling a little down and blue last week, mostly because I was limping along from the pain from my recent biopsy, feeling sorry for myself. But I'm all better now, not feeling as tired and out of it helps, I got 2 bags of fresh blood in me yesterday and feeling almost human again! :)

News from the biopsy isn't 100% great, but it ain't too bad either. There's still 16% blast (bad) cells in me, but it went from 80% (during the initial relapse in August) to 40% (3 weeks or so into taking the new drug Sorafenib) till now. So the word is that if everything goes according to plan and it keeps this downward trend, we'll still go ahead with transplant in November even if it's not all the way down to below 10% as the ideal level. Then again, we all know about this whole "according to plan" business, so we shall see what's gonna happen when the time comes.

Meanwhile, what else I've been doing to occupy my time? Because I've been staying home so much lately, I've been catching up on TV shows like True Blood, Treme, Dexter and started watching Mad Men. True Blood is truly addicting, since I've caught up with all 3 seasons now, upon a friend's suggestion, I'm thinking of reading the books... all 10 (or 11?) of them...

And in between all this, I'm keeping up with the new Hawaii 5-O, and the ridiculous show Grey's Anatomy.

Thanks to my nephew, I've discovered the "new" frontier of downloading! :P
